Adults with mental health difficulties

We use our Storyteller Creative Recovery programme for adults with mental health difficulties. It is a series of guided and purposeful creative activities including creative writing, shared reading, visual art and digital storytelling which are grounded in the recovery focused curriculum within the CHIME recovery framework. Chime stands for Connection, Hope, Identity, Meaning, Empowerment and are considered key aspects in recovery and finding ways to live meaningful and purposeful lives with, or without ongoing symptoms.

Our programme at Verbal uses a structured, psychology informed,  creative model to provide a space for participants to manage the challenges of mental ill-health.

This means they can live the life they want to live on their own terms.
