Objective:

Story Exchange is a model of working designed to leverage storytelling & listening as a tool for facilitating meaningful dialogues within divided communities.

Engagement with Social Housing Communities:

Verbal collaborates with social housing communities to develop and facilitate purposeful and challenging cross-community discussions. The primary goal of these engagements is to enhance cross-community cohesion and understanding, ensuring that interactions are both productive and insightful.

Empathy Metrics:

A distinctive feature of this working model is its analytical approach to empathy. We systematically monitor and evaluate levels of empathy within and between participating communities. This data-driven approach ensures that our interventions are not only effective but also measurable in terms of successfully fostering a cohesive community atmosphere.

Good Relations Progress Assessment:

An integral component of the Story Exchange model is the assessment of the progress communities make in their Good Relations journeys. By tracking and analysing this progress, we can refine our strategies and ensure that our interventions remain aligned with the evolving needs and dynamics of the communities we serve.
