Blue Coat room

This room was formerly the assembly hall of First Derry School. It is the largest room available for hire.

Two bardic chairs and flexible lecterns crafted from maple and walnut and handmade by Michael Bell add an artistic and practical touch to the room.

The Blue Coat room is light and airy with many original features.

Equipment and catering

An overhead projector screen is available and a range of audio visual equipment can be hired for your event. Event catering is available from a range of suppliers. Menus and costings available on request.

Access

The Blue Coat Room is on the first floor and is accessed via stairs or lift.

This room is perfect for a variety of different events and can be set up as follows:

Theatre style - maximum capacity 90

Classroom style - maximum capacity 18

Boardroom style- maximum capacity 20

U-shaped style - maximum capacity 18
