Get involved Venue hire Public Living Room The Verbal Public Living Room is the perfect location for hosting small to medium size events. With the glass fronted entrance leading in off the historic Stable Lane, the space is flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling windows, creating a bright and sociable atmosphere for your gathering. It is a colourful and quirky space, with regular, rotating art exhibitions hanging on the foyer walls, while the entrance hall tiles are images by a giant of 20th century Irish art, Louis Le Brocquy. We have hosted many events here, including historical and architectural society events, book launches, and civic receptions. Equipment You can hire a range of audio visual equipment for your event. Access The foyer is on the ground floor, with all mobility access from Stable Lane. Capacity The foyer is perfect for a gathering of around 30 people.
